Refund Policy

At LoopLynks, we understand that plans can change. While we strive to offer flexibility, we also maintain a structured refund policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all our attendees, partners, and participants.

13.1 Refund Eligibility Window

• Nomination fee is 100% refundable if not selected.
• We offer a full refund for cancellations made within three (3) working days of completing registration. This initial window allows attendees to reconsider or adjust their plans with complete peace of mind.

13.2 Requests After the 3-Day Window

Refund requests made after the 3-working-day period will not be automatically granted. However, we understand that unforeseen events can occur. In such cases:

• If a registered attendee is unable to participate in the upcoming LoopLynks Conference due to unforeseen circumstances, we offer a complimentary pass to the next edition of the conference.
• Documentation must be provided to support the claim.
• Each request will be reviewed carefully, but approval is not guaranteed.

13.3 Non-Refundable Situations

• No-shows or failure to attend the conference without prior communication are not eligible for a refund.
• Refunds will not be provided for partially attended events, last-minute cancellations, or dissatisfaction with speaker content, networking outcomes, or other subjective experiences.
• Refunds will not be issued for duplicate purchases if we are not notified within the 3-day window.

13.4 Final Authority

LoopLynks reserves the right to make the final decision on all refund-related matters. Our discretion will be exercised in alignment with the integrity and logistical planning of the event.
